Terms and Conditions

We really hope that you are happy with your purchase however, if you have an issue with your order and feel you would like to return it, we completely understand and can arrange for an exchange or return and refund.

Return and refund policy:

- Please make us aware of your return within 30 days from your purchase 

- Once we are made aware of your return,  we ask that you allow a further 14 days for your refund to be processed

- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with the labels still attached for your return to be accepted

- Please include the reason for return (i.e damaged, wrong size, wrong products)

- Unfortunately we will be unable to refund the postage costs and will only be able to provide a partial refund due to transaction fee charges so please take this into account when placing an order online with us.
